In DVD volume 3 Boris provides a detail verbal explanation followed by on screen caption commentaries at the time of hands-on performance.

He teaches how to perform region specific self-massage therapy for elbow and wrist pain and elbow and wrist injuries, including tennis elbow, golf elbow, baseball elbow and suitcase elbow, golfer’s wrist, wrist region tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and more.

The proposed techniques target pain reduction and include trigger point therapy, application of hot stones and ice massage, post isometric relaxation techniques, and rehabilitative exercise.

This DVD is designed as a home study educational program and is essentially a course in sports medicine and contains theoretical as well practical parts. It’s easy to study and you can use offered techniques immediately.

If you sustain elbow and/or wrist injuries during sports activities, car accidents, work either caused by a repeated motion and/or, by performing any work that traumatizes muscles and strain elbow and wrist regions, this program could be effective in helping yourself to feel better.

It could also be very beneficial in preventing possible complications like acceleration of osteoarthritis development, tendon, muscle tears and more.

    Dear breticles

    Dear breticles
Thank you for so positive awesome. Not often I’m getting compliments on my accent. My hope that many other people will be tolerant to my accent. More than this I would prefer LOL that they will like it like you.LOL Thank God I’m teaching physical methods of treatment and not English. In this case when I am teaching, I am forgiven for my accent.
    Best wishes.

Help! I have massive tendonitis in both my wrists and hands. I am a bus driver and have to use my hands constantly in repetition all day long. I have been to the Doctor every 2 weeks for the last year for this. I have been to 3 specialists and have taken anti-inflammatory and steroid anti-inflamitorys only to have them hurt my stomach very bad. I am out of options and am being told by the Doctors to find a new job. Any Ideas? Good jobs are had to replace! Please e-mail me if u know a cure!

The first treatment is: Don’t wear a shirt.
The second treatment, and this is absolutely essential, is: Have back hair.

    If I had a ” …
If I had a “scaphoid fracture” would I feel pain on the top and bottom of my hand? I have found a diagram of a “scaphoid fracture” and that would be the area I feel pain. What would be the healing process? To just demobilize the use of my hand? How long would you think it will take to heal? When I move my hand it hurts most when I bend it upward also if I move it inward towards the thumb. When I move it down or towards the small finger it is not that bad. Should I keep using Bengay and or Ice?

  • MrNinjaMittens February 8, 2010, 2:42 pm

    Thank you for …
Thank you for responding… I did not expect that. Well I would love to go to the doctor… but I am very poor… I have researched my condition and I am feeling pain in the “Proximal Row” below the thumb where it meets the “Radius”. Some of the pain has reduced sence yesterday, but not much. How much do X-Ray’s cost? Like I said before… I am very poor at the moment. I have been massaging it with Bengay which feels good. Should I get a wrist brace? I have a cloth which I have made itno a wrap.

  • mgaft1 February 8, 2010, 2:42 pm

    Dear MrNinjaMittens …
    Dear MrNinjaMittens.
Even in case of capabilities to move wrist, arm and hand could be some not significant but fractures. simple X-ray is not expensive but will clarify your condition. in case of fracture you have to demobilize region otherwise it can complicate condition for years to come. pain is still presented. you have to see a doctor.
    Best wishes.

  • MrNinjaMittens February 8, 2010, 2:42 pm

    I hurt my right …
I hurt my right wrist in a stupid roller blading accident and am suffering a bit of pain… I have put it on ice and have used Bengay on it during a self massage of the hand, wrist, and arm… yet it still hurts… I do not have money to go to a doctor… I do have movement in the wrist, arm, and hand… so its not broken… right? what should I do next?

    yeah but ive seen …
yeah but ive seen many videos saying cracking loosens the joints and makes it easier to sprain the joints and tear muscles because when u crack your fingers it steetches the joints and then they relax again… this can lead to arthritis

  • nuzzo14 February 8, 2010, 2:42 pm

it is just an extra …
it is just an extra buildup of cartilage- my ankle does the same thing and that is all it is

  • nuzzo14 February 8, 2010, 2:42 pm

    cracking joints …
cracking joints usually has nothing to do with medical conditions- just rigorous physical activity. I have to crack my fingers every five minutes when playing guitar. A;; the cracking is is air-buildups being released from the joints. When moving joints alot, more air gets in, so air needs to be released more often

  • BermudazFinest2009 February 8, 2010, 2:42 pm

    yeah i work out …
yeah i work out sometimes and i ment to say like 3-4 times a day i crack them
